The information identified in this
report includes inherent abilities in relationship to general
educational development, aptitudes, transferable work skills,
interest, physical demands, and environmental conditions. This
analysis will be used to determine qualified occupational
clusters/jobs and corresponding “Occupational Employment
Statistics” that identified future wage level which is used to
extrapolate a vocational analysis of past annual average earning
ability and present average earning ability representing Labor
Department, “Metropolitan Service Area” qualifications for
viable competitive employment in order to provide and expert
opinion of “Present earning ability”.

The individual vocational evaluation
plan is developed utilizing referral information, background
information, income sources, education and training
information. Transfers actual relative competitive work
history into 11 identified aptitude skills. This information
is developed in the form of a comprehensive report utilizing
Occupational Employment Statistics and labor market
information by geographic area including potential income
earning and employment openings to determine “Present
Earning Ability”. |

The information identified in
this report includes inherent abilities in relationship to
general educational development, aptitudes, work history,
physical demands, and environmental conditions. This
forensic evaluation analysis will be used to determine
lifetime loss of ability to earn money through the
identification of present expected earnings, based on the
ability to perform future work relative to the earnings that
accrued or were identified based on work history to provide
and expert opinion of pre/post injury “differential in
work life expectancy and loss of earning ability”.

Fee $750/Fee
will be reduced to $500 if a determination is made that the
client is capable of sustaining employment and no report is
produced. |

and expert opinion of determination on “sustained
remunerative employment”.

($875 retainer required in advance) |
All fees include travel time
are required prior to services being provided. Deposition
and court appearance fees are required three days before
the scheduled date. If cancelled more than 24 hours
prior to scheduled appearance, the money will be
returned. If cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appearance,
compensation will not be returned.
